Terms of Service

Záboj is a personal voice AI assistant (mobile app, CarPlay and web) operated by DX Heroes s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic. Conversations are powered by Google Gemini through our own backend. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

You need an account (Google sign-in or e-mail) and you are responsible for keeping your credentials and paired devices secure. You can revoke devices in Settings and delete your account, including all data, at any time in the app.

Answers are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated despite our best effort. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. Verify information that matters before acting on it.

Záboj is designed for hands-free use, but the driver is always responsible for safe driving and for complying with traffic laws. Use the assistant only in ways that keep your attention on the road; pull over for anything that needs the screen.

You may connect your own tool servers (MCP) and third-party services. You are responsible for having the right to use them and for the actions the assistant performs through them at your request. Third-party services have their own terms.

Do not use Záboj for unlawful activity, to harm others, to attempt to breach the service's security, or to overload it. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Záboj Plus is a paid auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store (monthly or yearly, with a free trial where offered) and includes a fair-use allowance by plan (Free 60 minutes, Plus 12 hours, Pro 30 hours of voice conversations per month). Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; payments and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability; we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime. These terms are governed by Czech law. Questions: prokop.simek@dxheroes.io. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail.

Záboj je osobní hlasový AI asistent (mobilní aplikace, CarPlay a web) provozovaný společností DX Heroes s.r.o., Praha. Odpovědi generuje model Google Gemini přes náš server. Založením účtu nebo používáním aplikace s podmínkami souhlasíš.

Účet: odpovídáš za zabezpečení svých přihlašovacích údajů a spárovaných zařízení; zařízení lze odvolat v Nastavení a účet kdykoliv smazat přímo v aplikaci. AI odpovědi mohou být nepřesné či neaktuální a nejsou odbornou radou — důležité informace si ověř. Za jízdy je za bezpečné řízení a dodržování předpisů vždy odpovědný řidič; asistenta používej hands-free.

Předplatné: Záboj Plus je placené automaticky obnovované předplatné přes Apple App Store (měsíční/roční, případně s bezplatnou zkušební dobou) s fair-use limitem podle tarifu (zdarma 60 minut, Plus 12 hodin, Pro 30 hodin konverzací měsíčně); spravuješ a rušíš ho v nastavení App Store, platby a refundace řeší Apple. Zrušení platí od konce běžného období. Připojené nástroje: za oprávnění k použití svých služeb a za akce, které jimi asistent na tvou žádost provede, odpovídáš ty. Zakázané užití:protiprávní činnost, poškozování druhých, narušování bezpečnosti či přetěžování služby. Dostupnost a odpovědnost: služba je poskytována „tak, jak je"; odpovědnost je v zákonném rozsahu omezena částkou zaplacenou za posledních 12 měsíců.
